A House With History
Mill House is a family-run bed and breakfast in the coastal village of Overstrand, just a short walk from the beach.
The house has a special place in local history. In the late 19th century, writer Clement Scott stayed at Mill House while visiting Overstrand, later helping make the area famous as “Poppyland.” His writing brought attention to the village’s coastal charm, peaceful setting and distinctive Norfolk character.
Today, Mill House offers a warm and comfortable place to stay, with traditional rooms, a relaxed atmosphere and easy access to Overstrand beach, Cromer and the North Norfolk coast.
